Paula first stepped on to a yoga mat some 15 years ago, primarily for the physical benefits. After a short break brought on by a move to a more demanding job in the city, she knew she needed to get back on her mat.
 

It soon became apparent that a regular practice was not only helping to calm her incessant overthinking, it was providing her a sense of solitude within the rat race. A deeper interest and awareness was ignited, which eventually led her down the path to becoming a Yoga Teacher. 

Since then Paula has become a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher having completed her teacher training at London's Triyoga and remains involved by assisting and mentoring new teacher trainees. 

 
 
 

 
She enjoys all genres of yoga and practices various styles including Astanga, Forrest, Dharma Mittra and Core Power and has also been known to enjoy a hip hop flow class in New York's Soho district. 

Paula tailors her style to meet her student’s needs, ranging from a slow and soft de-stress after work to those that want to sweat it out in a hot class, Paula brings a light hearted approach to her teaching which is mainly Hatha based with a focus on students moving mindfully within their own capabilities.
